Let It Go
Part of dealing with stress is learning to let go of the things you can’t control. Ultimately, we only have control of two things: your actions and attitude. Everything else, is consequence and reality. Would you get mad at yourself if it started raining? Of course you wouldn’t, it’s out of your control. But would the rain stop you from doing what you want to do? Of course it can’t, that part is up to you.
You’ll be faced with some tough decisions, but the ones that are in your control, don’t stress over them, be thankful for them. It’s yours to decide. That situation you’re in, it’s bad. But how you think about it? That’s all about you saying “I know who I am”. The reality part kicks in when you realize that if your wife decides to leave you, it’s her choice to make.
